Biography
Born in 1957, he studied the Medical Faculty Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Republic since 1976 till 1982. Immediately after graduation he started his career in the Department of Plastic Surgery in Brno and in this surgical branch he spent all his professional life. Since 1993 he is the head of the Department of Burns and Reconstructive Surgery in Brno, since 2003 Professor of the Masaryk University in Brno Since 1995 he is also active in Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and Laser Surgery, Director of Private Clinic Riva in Brno for 12 years, Private Practice also in Vienna, Austria and since 2006 visiting Professor in Klinikk Haugesund in Norway. Active Member of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS).
