Yhelda Felicio, was burn in Fortaleza, Ceará, Brasil at July 12, 1949. Has graduation in Medicine by Federal University of Ceará at 1974. Residence in General Surgery by Federal University of Ceará, during 1974 until 1976. Residence in Plastic Surgery in Social Security Medical Asistence, General Hospital of Fortaleza/Ceará, during 1977 – 1979. Master Degree in Plastic Surgery by Federal University of Ceará – 2003. Medical Staff by Health Secretary of Ceará, during 30 years. Medical Staff in Municipal Hospital during 30 years in Emergence Service, with more than 30.000 plastic surgeries made, any dead. ISAPS Member Titular and Specialist Member of the Brazilian Society Plastic Surgery Honor Member of the French Aesthetic Surgery Prived Clinic during 20 years in Fortaleza/Ceará/Brasil Publications: two books e two ebooks ( Axillary Breast Reduction and Intime Surgery). With more than 100 publications in books, Journals and Magazins in Plastic Surgery, National and International, PRS, Isaps, Iberolatinamerican and Brazilian Society Plastic Surgery Magazin, etc.
